The main technique used in orofacial harmonization is the use of hyaluronic acid, which is a natural product. It has the advantage of attracting water, providing volume, and stimulating collagen and elastin production. Although it is gradually reabsorbed (lasting an average of 6 to 12 months), it leaves the treated area in a better condition than before.

Another material used is botulinum toxin, which helps reduce muscle tension caused by bruxism or improve conditions such as excessive saliva production (sialorrhea).
