Esthetic smile design

Many people come to our clinic with the desire for a white and perfect smile.

At DOA Dental Clinic, before starting the treatment, we perform a digital smile design. We use digital equipment to measure the exact color of the teeth and then analyze the cause of darker tooth color: coffee or tobacco consumption, medications, if it's due to an injury, or natural age-related darkening.

Based on YOUR cause

We look for the ideal aesthetic technique for your case. If it involves teeth whitening, we offer the Philips Zoom system, which uses LED light and peroxide gel that penetrate through the enamel to whiten the teeth in just 45 minutes.

Teeth Whitening or Porcelain Veneers

In cases of internal tooth stains or when we want to change the shape or size of the teeth, it is advisable to consider porcelain veneers. These veneers are made using the least invasive technique available today, as they are as thin as contact lenses and require minimal tooth preparation.

Orofacial Harmonization

We have incorporated a new concept of treatments in our clinic aimed at enhancing the facial aesthetics of each individual by highlighting their facial features.

As dentists, we not only consider the mouth but also the surrounding tissues such as the lips, chin, and jawline.

This approach not only has aesthetic goals but also functional benefits, as it allows us to improve lip sealing, swallowing, and can complement treatments with speech therapists.

The main technique used in orofacial harmonization is the use of hyaluronic acid, which is a natural product. It has the advantage of attracting water, providing volume, and stimulating collagen and elastin production. Although it is gradually reabsorbed (lasting an average of 6 to 12 months), it leaves the treated area in a better condition than before.

Another material used is botulinum toxin, which helps reduce muscle tension caused by bruxism or improve conditions such as excessive saliva production (sialorrhea).

Otro material que se usa es la toxina botulínica, con ella reducimos la tensión muscular producida por el bruxismo o en otros casos mejoramos la sialorrea (producción excesiva de saliva).
