TREATMENTS
Implants
Replacing lost teeth, whether due to disease, blows, or trauma, is a common practice in our daily work. In fact, the technique has greatly streamlined and perfected our work in this area, allowing us to replace teeth permanently and in a single appointment without the need to wear down adjacent teeth, thanks to dental implants.
At DOA Dental Clinic, all dental prostheses are also designed by computer using the latest technology in the dental sector, which sets us apart from other clinics, as this allows us to achieve the highest precision and fit in our patients’ mouths.
Before placing dental implants, we carry out a thorough clinical diagnosis, as well as a 3D radiological diagnosis to assess bone level and quality in order to determine the best technique for the implant and design the surgical splints.
Same-day implants: immediate loading technique with CEREC CAD/CAM. Tooth restoration in just one day.
Tooth restoration in just one session thanks to new computer-guided technology and immediate carving of the prosthesis.
Digital scanning, crown carving, and placement
A 3D optical scanner can accurately copy the anatomy of all your teeth in just a few seconds, making mold-taking a thing of the past. During the same session—and prior to tooth extraction—we use an optical scanner to reproduce your tooth and gum. No mold-taking is necessary.
The diseased tooth is carefully extracted and, after a 3D radiology study, the implant is placed in the socket left by the extracted tooth. Using a new optical scan of the implant’s position, the software allows us to merge the image of the implant and the gums, maintaining the exact anatomy of the tissues. With all this information, we will design your temporary implant crown, which will be placed in the same session if the criteria for immediate loading are met.
In just one appointment, we will restore aesthetics and function.
After four months, the final crown will be placed without the need for molds, thanks to our CEREC/CAM design.
